经常开窗通风:保持空气流通,就不容易患上呼吸道疾病,是慢性咽炎康复的有效措施。
注意口腔卫生:多吃一些含维生素C的果蔬,以及富含胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的东西,比如猪蹄、鱼、牛奶、豆类、动物肝脏、瘦肉等。早晚可用淡盐水漱口,漱口后不妨再喝一杯淡盐水,预防细菌感染。
